    This picture gallery shows how the station has been taking form since the beginning of January. When the wooden superstructure was finished, the first modules were placed against the exterior C-Shaped wooden beams. Although these pictures show a warm blue sky, temperatures have lately been posting an average of -10 °C.

    The Princess Elisabeth Antarctica Station has now successfully been anchored into the granite rock. The building team has raised the station upon its steel feet and is currently working on the assembly of the wooden structure.
