Beyond the Poles: a movie for the WMO celebrating the 4th International Polar Year
The International Polar Foundation produced a movie for the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) celebrating the 4th International Polar Year (IPY). This worldwide initiative has set an important milestone in our understanding of the Earth's system. The movie entitled "Beyond the Poles" was created in partnership with MDW Productions, David Gladsteen and Blaise Jadoul. It explores some of the polar research projects carried out across the globe and offers a wider perspective into the future of our planet.
