For the fourth consecutive year, the International Polar Foundation and the Trân Family Foundation are pleased to announce that the call for submissions for the annual Laurence Trân Arctic Futures Award has opened.

For the fourth consecutive year, the International Polar Foundation and the Trân Family Foundation are pleased to announce that the call for submissions for the annual Laurence Trân Arctic Futures Award has opened.
Since 2022, this 7500 Euro prize is an exciting opportunity for young entrepreneurs aged 35 or younger whose startup is based in the Arctic. Designed to give a financial boost to a startup's business development, the award it given at the annual Arctic Futures Symposium in Brussels.
A representative from the winning startup will be able to showcase their venture and contribute to a panel discussion at the Arctic Futures Symposium.
Young entrepreneurs from Alaska, Arctic Canada, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, northern Norway, northern Sweden, and northern Finland are invited to apply.
An expert jury composed of specialists in entrepreneurship and startups in the Arctic will select the winner based on the guidelines outlined on the Arctic Futures Symposium website's application page.

2022 - Containing Greens (Luleå, Sweden)
2023 - Gobmi (Áltá, Sápmi, Norway)
2024 - Siu-Tsiu (Nuuk, Tasiilaq, and Qaqortoq, Greenland)
