Michel-Étienne Tilemans is a senior Belgian diplomat currently serving as Special Envoy for the Polar regions. With over three decades of experience in international relations, he has held numerous high-level positions within the Belgian Federal Public Service for Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation.
